Tezza Yujuico Herrmann is the Co-Founder and COO of Athena East, a healthcare outsourcing firm she helped launch in 2002, before remote work was cool. Based on the West Coast, Tezza leads new business and operations with a sharp eye for efficiency and a deep commitment to client success.
With over two decades in the BPO industry, she’s built more than just scalable teams—she’s built long-term partnerships with clients and a powerhouse staff in the Philippines. Tezza is known for blending big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership, and she takes real pride in making things work better, smarter, and more human.
Tezza brings a personal touch to everything she does—from guiding clients through their first outsourcing experience to mentoring staff across the Philippines. She pays close attention to every client relationship, ensuring each one gets the care, responsiveness, and strategic support they deserve.
